Kokobo Kobo, or Koko, was born in the region of Gyr Abania. However, before she was even a single year old, her mother left to fight against the Garlean invaders and bade her husband to take their child and flee.Thus did Koko grow up in the much greener lands of La Noscea. Raised by her single father, she had a humble childhood... but never really wanted for anything, content with the life her dear father could provide. He was her own personal hero-- as was her mother, whose tale she was told by her Dad.The man worked harder than anyone Koko has known in her life... tending a farm, guiding others in doing so, and even becoming a local leader in their community.Koko helped him with the former, of course, as she became old enough to do so... but as she grew, she dreamed of something more.Adventure.When she turned sixteen, she revealed to her father that she wished to become an Adventurer. At first, her old man was... hesitant. Concerned. He wanted a life of safe prosperity for his only child. But she was adamant, and he could not deny her his blessing. After all, what he wanted most... was her happiness. Thus did he support her to the fullest of his ability. He brought her to the local Adventurers' Guild in Limsa Lominsa, and her new life began.She lived that life to the fullest extent that one reasonably can, for a great many years. But now, she's much older... and has decided that her adventuring days have passed. So she's become a semi-retired adventurer, who now helps to run a respectable tavern.But who knows what new years will bring?
